Each order is custom-made. With this in mind, please allow 2 weeks from the order date for your item to ship. If we encounter any unusual delay while processing your order, we will contact you ASAP.
We are unable to accept return for any customized products. In the event that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us with 5 days of receipt and we will full replace the item ASAP. For a customers own materials, we can not accept responsibility for mechanical error. We would do our best to provide an amicable solution if there is a problem but please note, that we are not responsible for damage to a customers material in the monogramming process. By sending us your item, you agree to this condition. Please keep this in mind when using our services, as we are working with machine embroidery vs. hand embroidery therefore greater risk of mechanical error.
